Seegarten Klinik is working intensively on introducing its own internal AI model. Until it is in place, we use ChatGPT from OpenAI. As soon as the internal model is ready for use, we will no longer transmit any records to ChatGPT, and this consent will cease to apply.
In cases involving extensive medical documentation, we may, where medically appropriate, use ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence service provided by OpenAI, to analyse selected medical records and summarise relevant information.
This service involves transmitting medical information to OpenAI, where it may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries. Depending on the service settings, information may also be used by OpenAI to improve its AI models.
ChatGPT is used exclusively as an assisting tool. All medical assessments, decisions and responsibilities remain with the physicians of Seegarten Klinik.
Your consent is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Declining consent will not affect your medical care, although the manual review of extensive documentation may require additional time.
Without your explicit consent, your medical records will not be uploaded to ChatGPT.
