How do I prepare for the initial consultation

As part of the consultation, the diagnostic and therapeutic strategy is developed jointly.

  • Information is exchanged in both directions.
  • Both are aware of the choices available regarding the medical decision.
  • Both actively and equally contribute their decision criteria to the decision-making process.
  • Both partners take responsibility for the decision.

Please bring with you

All medical and hospital reports and x-rays relating (not only) to the illness

If possible, not stapled.
The documents are scanned and returned.

As pdf on USB or CD
Images should be supplied as jpg if possible.

  • X-ray images of the teeth in the presence of root-dead teeth
  • List of your medication, including homeopathic medication, vitamins, etc.
  • If possible, list of all significant previous illnesses and operations
  • Vaccination records
  • If you have metabolic and weight problems, a food record:
  • Make a note of everything consumed (with time) for a week (no quantities necessary).
  • Please think about the answers to the frequently asked questions at the first consultation.

X-ray teeth
The teeth play a central role in clarifying the cause. Please bring all x-rays with you.
